Delete your SFK Wellness account

IF YOU HAVE THE APP INSTALLED

Open SFK Wellness → "My" tab → Delete Account.
Your account and data are removed immediately.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY UNINSTALLED THE APP

Email support@sfkey.net from the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and confirm by email.

WHAT IS DELETED

Your account, health profile, medical reports and their original files, report analysis results, health check-ins, AI conversations, encryption key vault, subscription records and Token balance are permanently deleted.
Any report-sharing links you created stop working immediately.

WHAT IS KEPT

Consent records and security audit logs are retained, no longer linked to your account, so we can show what was agreed and what was accessed. How long we keep them is described in our Privacy Policy:
