SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business 
days after payment confirmation. Orders are 
not processed or shipped on weekends or 
Singapore public holidays.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

🇸🇬 Singapore (Domestic):
- Standard Delivery: SGD $4.90 (3–5 business days)
- Express Delivery: SGD $8.90 (1–2 business days)
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders SGD $30 and above

🌍 International:
- Standard Delivery: SGD $10.00 (3–5 business days)
- Expedited Delivery: SGD $20.00 (1–2 business days)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may 
vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, 
or other factors beyond our control.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email 
once your order has been dispatched, containing 
your tracking number(s). Please allow 24–48 
hours for tracking information to be updated.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
SFK Wellness Hub is not responsible for any 
customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied 
to international orders. All such fees imposed 
during or after shipping are the sole 
responsibility of the customer.

5. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within:
- Singapore: 10 business days
- International: 30 business days
