This website and the SFKey Health mobile application are operated by SFK TECHNOLOGY SHARES PTE. LTD. (trading as SFK Wellness Hub / SFKey Health) (sfkey.net). Throughout this document, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to SFK TECHNOLOGY SHARES PTE. LTD.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of Singapore.

2. PLATFORM NATURE

SFK Wellness Hub operates as a digital platform connecting consumers with independent health service providers and wellness product suppliers. We act as an intermediary only. Individual service providers and suppliers are independent third parties and are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of their services and products.

3. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description of products and services listed on our platform. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product images are for illustration purposes only.

4. HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Information provided on this website and within the SFKey Health mobile application, including content generated by the AI health assistant and AI-generated health advice features, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before:

Starting any supplement or wellness regimen
Booking any health or medical service
Making any health-related decisions
Acting on any AI-generated health suggestion

SFK Wellness Hub and the SFKey Health mobile application do not make any therapeutic claims about products or services listed on this platform, in compliance with Singapore's Health Products Act and the Medicines (Advertisement and Sale) Act.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Provide accurate personal information
Use the platform for lawful purposes only
Not misuse or abuse the platform or its services
Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website and within the mobile application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SFK TECHNOLOGY SHARES PTE. LTD. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SFK Wellness Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform, the mobile application, or services provided by third-party partners.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

9. MOBILE APPLICATION SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES (SFKey Health App)

This section applies specifically to your use of paid features within the SFKey Health mobile application, including auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases.

9.1 Subscription Plans
The SFKey Health app offers the following paid subscription tiers and one-time purchase options, processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play's billing system:

Smart Membership (智享会员) — auto-renewing monthly subscription
Expert Membership (专家会员) — auto-renewing monthly subscription
Single Session Consultation (单次专业咨询) — one-time, non-renewing purchase

9.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your payment method will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, through your Apple ID or Google Play account.

9.3 Payment and Billing
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. All in-app purchases and subscriptions are billed and processed exclusively by Apple or Google, in accordance with their respective payment terms — we do not directly process or store your payment card information for app purchases.

9.4 Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your device's account settings:

iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions
Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions

We do not have the ability to cancel your subscription on your behalf. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.

9.5 Refunds
Refund requests for subscriptions or one-time purchases made through the SFKey Health app must be submitted directly to Apple (via reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (via the Google Play order history page), in accordance with their respective refund policies. We are unable to directly process or guarantee refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, as these transactions are governed by Apple's and Google's own terms and refund policies.

9.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If prices change, we will provide notice through the app or via the app store platform in accordance with Apple's and Google's respective requirements, before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.

9.7 Usage Quotas
Each subscription tier includes a rolling 24-hour message quota for the AI health assistant feature, as described within the app. Unused quota does not carry over or accumulate across days.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform or mobile application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
