RETURN & REFUND POLICY Last updated: May 2026
At SFK Wellness Hub, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. CONFIRMATION PERIOD Please inspect your order within 7 working days of receipt. After this period, the transaction is considered accepted and return requests will not be entertained.
2. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 working days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or video showing the defect/damage
We will review your case within 48 hours and arrange one of the following resolutions:
Scenario A — Supplier Responsibility (Defective / Wrong Item):
• Full refund to your original payment method, OR replacement at no extra cost
• Return shipping arranged and covered by SFK Wellness Hub
• Return address: 38 Lorong 5 Toa Payoh, #08-497, Singapore 310038
Scenario B — Consumer Responsibility (Change of Mind / Wrong Size):
• We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or wrong size selected
• Opened or used items are not eligible for return (hygiene reasons)
• If approved on a case-by-case basis, customer bears return shipping cost to:

3. NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS We are unable to accept returns for:
- Change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference
- Opened or used items
- Health, wellness, and personal care products (hygiene reasons)
- Requests made after the 7-working-day window
4. NON-DELIVERY / LOST PACKAGES If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us immediately. If confirmed lost: full refund or resend at no extra cost.
5. HEALTH SERVICES BOOKINGS
- Cancellation 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours: No refund
- No-show: No refund
- Service completed with digital sign-off: No refund
- For health service bookings made through
third-party service partners on SFK Wellness Hub, SFK acts as a platform intermediary only. Service quality disputes should be directed
to the respective service partner.
6. REFUND PROCESSING Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
7. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To submit a return request, please sign in to your account at:

Once signed in, go to your Orders → select the order → click "Request return".
Our team will review your request within 48 hours (Mon–Fri).
